Jessica Peyton

Jessica is a 39-year-old Fredericksburg mom of three — two stepping into adulthood and one still in elementary school — who shows up with warmth, humor, and a whole lot of heart. She lives in the beautiful tension of raising grown kids and a little one, giving her a perspective that’s honest, grounded, and deeply relatable.

She leads with curiosity and quiet emotional intelligence, offering the kind of humor that disarms you and the kind of honesty that feels safe, not sharp. Guarded at times and emotional at others, Jessica is learning — right alongside listeners — how to open up without giving away everything.

Fueled by strong tea and a love for leopard print, she brings just enough vulnerability to spark the conversations women don’t always know how to start.

Heather Frye

Heather is a 43 year old mom of three—21, 14, and 7—who came from very little and learned early how to rise above hard things. She grew up surrounded by addiction—her sister, her ex-husband, and even her biological father battled it—yet she refused to repeat the cycles she came from.

A young mom who spent years doing it alone, she met her husband Drew when her oldest was five and began writing a new chapter of love, stability, and rebuilding.

Heather is known for her honesty, her calm, non-emotional reactions, and her filter-free truth-telling. She has a gift for saying the things everyone else is thinking — with clarity, courage, and zero drama. A longtime mortgage professional, real estate investor, and entrepreneur, she brings grit, strength, and unfiltered realness to every episode, reminding women that no matter what they come from, they can build something beautiful.

Dena Cooke

Dena is a 47-year-old Fredericksburg native who’s never wandered far from the place that shaped her. She’s deeply rooted in her community, especially through Aspire Christian Theater, and at home she’s the proud boy mom of two, wife to her steady and supportive husband Miles, and dog mama to Max, their beloved doodle. Faith, family, and fun are her rhythm—usually powered by a latte

Rated MOM was created by three women who were tired of the highlight reels and the pressure to pretend everything is perfect. Heather, Dena, and Jessica built a space where real conversations actually matter. We talk about motherhood, marriage, identity, friendship, careers, burnout, and the chaos that shapes every woman’s life. No filters, no judgment — just real women sharing real stories.
