The Women Behind the Mic
Jessica
Jessica is the spark, the humor, and the unfiltered friend we all need.
She brings bold honesty, realness, and the laughter that makes tough conversations feel lighter.
Jessica says what everyone else is thinking — and makes it safe for women to open up and be real.

Heather
Heather is the straight-shooter with a story that proves women can rise from anything.
She brings depth, vulnerability, grit, and the kind of honesty that makes other women exhale and say, “Finally, someone said it.”
Ambitious, transparent, and unafraid of the hard chapters — Heather is the voice that makes women feel understood.

Dena
Dena is the grounding, intuitive heart of the trio.
She brings compassion, balance, perspective, and a softness that makes truth feel safe.
Her steady energy reminds us that healing isn’t weakness — it’s strength.
She is the calm in the chaos and the voice of connection.

Three women. Three stories. One real conversation — every other week.
About Rated MoM
Who We Are
Rated MOM was created by three women who were tired of the highlight reels and the pressure to pretend everything is perfect. Heather, Dena, and Jessica built a space where real conversations actually matter. We talk about motherhood, marriage, identity, friendship, careers, burnout, and the chaos that shapes every woman’s life. No filters, no judgment — just real women sharing real stories.

Our Mission
Our mission is to make women feel seen, supported, and never alone. Rated MOM exists to say the quiet parts out loud, laugh through the chaos, and shine a light on the unspoken moments that define us. We’re here to build community, create connection, and remind every woman that perfection is not the goal — honesty, healing, and being real is.
Join Us
You’re here because you’re a woman with a story — and you’re not meant to walk it alone.
Rated MOM isn’t just a podcast.
It’s a growing community of women who are juggling identity, relationships, healing, careers, motherhood (or not), friendships, chaos, and comebacks.
Here, you don’t have to pretend.
Here, you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Here, you get to be human.
This is your place to feel seen, supported, and connected.
